Q. Is Aztec Cleaning Contracts Ltd a true family owned and operated business?

A.  Yes. Initially the company was set up in 2002 as a family run business and we took over sole ownership in 2009 and continued to operate it as our family business.

Q. Where does Aztec Cleaning Contracts Ltd Operate?

A. Our Company is based in South Lincolnshire and our client base is mainly within that area and in the surrounding counties.
We pride ourselves on the reliability of our services and on the quality of our staff. We will pay the right rate to obtain the right staff.

Q. How will Aztec Cleaning Contracts Ltd make sure the job I pay for is what I am getting?

A. We provide weekly site visits by the MD to all businesses to ensure that the agreed service is being provided to our customers. We ensure that our cleaners have the correct equipment with which to do their job and if we provide the consumables to site then we make sure that there is a plentiful supply at all times.

Q. How competitive is Aztec Cleaning Contracts Ltd?

A. We believe that we do offer good value for money with competitive prices as we have no additional office premises to pay for we therefore do not have the same overheads as many other similar businesses and this saving is passed on to you in our quotation.

Q. In the event of a problem, how contactable are you?

A. We are contactable at any time via phone or e-mail. Should a message be left then this will be dealt with as soon as possible and as a matter of urgency.

Q. How important is Health & Safety to the business?

A. In today’s businesses Health & Safety is a very important factor. We have our own Health & Safety Policy and Employee Handbook and we also have our own Health & Safety Adviser. All of our staff are trained in the jobs they do completing sign off sheets for each task. We have Method Statements and Risk Assessments for any work we do and our staff have Manual Handling Training and all the necessary information regarding COSHH is provided and kept on site.

Q. How can I get a quote for your services?

A. Our MD Alan Gardner will make a site visit where you will be able to advise us of your cleaning requirements. A free written quotation will then be forwarded to you for consideration and without obligation.
